2006 RR HSE 60k service
After seeing that the Range Rover dealership had horrible reviews and after talking to a few independent dealers I found the Rover Group.
I talked to them on the phone for a bit and was primarily concerned with 3 things:
a) Could they perform the same 60k service that the dealer could at an equivalent or better price. They could.
b) Would the service count the same as it would in going to the dealer (this is important for extended warranties that often require you perform your services for them to be valid). It would.
c) Where do they get their staffing. A lot of their staff are ex-dealer employees who trained the dealer and wanted a better environment.
Being satisfied with the above as well as the fact that most of their employees drive rovers gave me the confidence to go. I was not disappointed, the service went flawlessly and we were given a 10% discount for being first time customers. I will be using them again for sure in the future.

When I drove cross country I blew out the engine in my Defender 90. I called several places but owner Jim Newman was the only one who made me feel like they could take care of the replacement for a reasonable amount of money in a reasonable amount of time.
Pros: They know Land Rovers because they drive Land Rovers - lots of them.

I could not be happier with the service I recieved at the Rover Group. They gave me a loner car which was very convinient and they repaired my fuel pump the same day. Thank you Rover Group.
