I would say that there is a lack of quick, to go food in Bird Rock. Bird Rock Yogurt is located right next to Starbucks and the Salami Shop (awesome sandwiches). So you could have a nice sandwich and then have delicious frozen yogurt for dessert. They have little tables and a fountain to mute the street noise.

The cons, if you can even call it that, is that there is usually only a handful of flavors and I think that some people might think that Froglanders is better. I think they're both very good. You might sometimes walk by and not see Bird Rock Yogurt or know what it is, since it's a kiosk on the corner. Do stop there though.

My daughter and I shared the small size in the photo. It was a pretty generous serving and I think it was $3.00ish. It's plenty for a little person and an adult to share. We love it and you will too.

We live in Bird Rock and often stop by. Owner always present and is very generous in her serving sizes. In addition, she's added fresh fruit smoothies that are delicious as well. Great stop on way to beach or after errands.

Friendly gal behind the counter, very sweet always has a big smile. The yogurt is quite good and they switch up the flavors often(but normally only have a few to choose from but its better that way less decision- great variety of toppings...and bonus you can just walk down the street for a sweet view...beach access is pretty close too!:)
