I have been in the old store and found that the customer service was lacking. Since the new owners took over and moved back to the smaller location where the store was originally it has improved drastically. Customer service seems to be their #1 priority. The store is smaller but they have alot of stock and are more than willing to order anything you need.

Just an ok lumber and hardware store. There isn't a very large selection and I found they are a little more expensive than the other lumber yard in the area. They were very helpful though, which is why I gave them 3 stars. I have more fun shopping in a store without the great selection, but with people who go out of their way to help. They gave me some good advice on a deck I was constructing even though I couldn't buy what I needed there. They even told me where to go. Its the old Macy thing. If your santa tells me I can get it cheaper somewhere else, I may buy that item elsewhere, but I will certainly come back to your store to get my next items. But they are right by downtown and parking can be a pain sometimes.
