When I went to Texans I was very impressed! They helped me with everything that was needed for my car. I would recommend them to friends and family!!!

This shop has a towing service. Once your car gets there, you either have to let them fix the car, or you have to pay additional $250 admin fee plus $50 preservation fee before your car can be released. The towing person doesn't tell you any of these. Basically, you get cheated and kidnapped. Don't trust their words, like life-time warranty. You will get 100% cheated.

Had an accident three weeks ago they towed my car to their shop ….the place looked nice everyone looks professional I decide to keep the car there in two weeks my BMW was ready looks like new …I really liked their work and while I have been there I noticed a lot of top of the line car being fixed in this place so those foxes know what are they doing …two thump up‎

Well I just wanna say that Texans auto body were very good to me. I wrecked my SUV 2 months ago. They not only gave me a rental car to drive for free, but also did a great job fixing my Tahoe. After they fixed it, they even delivered my Tahoe to my work so I didn't have to fight the traffic to go pick it up! They were great!‎

My car was unwittingly towed here after an accident. It was the towing horror story everyone fears. I was told nothing but lies the entire time they had my car in an effort to keep it on their premises, all the time accruing 'storage' charges. They charged over $40 per day PLUS a $250 administrative charge. We tried unsuccessfully for over a week to get it out and they kept changing their story on why it couldn't be released. At one point the owner (Mike Jumaa) was yelling abuse at me over the phone. They are renowned for this kind of activity. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.‎
