If you go here, question what they do and document it carefully
I highly suggest NOT taking your animals here. I have had more than one bad experience here- one that I believe almost killed my current dog. I took him in to check a lump and as they did the biopsy he contracted a blood infection, which wasn??????t diagnosed until I brought him to another doctor. I also had to point out to the Dr. that one of the assistants mentioned he had a fever, something that would??????ve gone unnoticed by the Dr. since he was about to discharge my dog with a clean bill of health. In general they take your pet, in my case dog, into another room to do different things to it- take it??????s temperature, weigh it, take out blood, etc. so that you don??????t know exactly what??????s going on. There are also so many different young assistants that I don??????t know how they can keep track of everything. There are also more patients there that they can handle competently.
I also question the Dr.??????s professionalism due to the fact that he scolded me in front of the entire waiting room for asking for a record of the tests they had done and the prescriptions they had given me. I guess he was insulted that I was asking for this information and accused me of not trusting him and stated he was trying to help my dog. But ??????trying?????? and ??????doing?????? are two different things and I don??????t want my dog to be a test case. He was very disorganized with my case and I??????m sure my dog wouldn??????t have made it through had I not taken him to a different Vet. Any professional would want a patient to know what they were doing if they were doing the right thing. The Vet I took my dog to analyzed the symptoms and came up with the solution pretty quickly.
I personally believe that this place needs help and it worries me that they are causing harm to animals that come in. I suggest that you really ask questions and pay attention to what they??????re doing and saying. Some of the
