I have used Temecula Carpets on several occasions over the last 10 years, and have recommended their services to multiple friends and business partners. The staff is always helpful, the prices are great, and and I have never not been able to get the flooring that I need. I moved to San Diego and I still do business with them as much as possible.

I literally went into every flooring store I could find. In addition to the local stores, I shopped at home depot and lowes where there is no one to help you and the prices are extremely high! I was so tired and overwhelmed when I finally made it into Temecula carpets. I had estimates from businesses with a price range of over $1000.00. After discussing my needs with their very knowledgable sale person, I was given honest answers and found the perfect flooring for my family! This was by far the BEST PRODUCT AT THE BEST PRICE! In addition to being completly satisfied with the salepeople and the price the installers were amazing! They worked very hard all day and got the job done! They were clean and organized and polite! Save yoruself some time and just go straight to Temecula carpets!

Even though I found a place that was offering to recarpet my house for almost $200 less using the same brand of carpet, being the stubborn person I am, I was going to stick with Temecula Carpet Company (TCC). That was until at the last minute they decided to raise the price on me even more! Supposedly they forgot to slap on an extra "stair labor fee" of $60 right as I was planning on signing the contract (one of those oops charges). I asked if they could just waive the fee and they said, "Sorry, we are working with tight margins." So I went with the other company, got a beautifully installed carpet and saved $260! I won, TCC lost (reference to their website). The other company also remeasured my house and Temecula Carpet Co overmeasured by 4 3/4 yards. Naturally your first instinct when looking for carpet in Temecula is to look for a company with the name Temecula in it, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I shoped around to almost every store in Temecula and Murrieta and Temecula Carpets by far had the largest selection and best prices. The installation went great the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

We went specifically to Temecula Carpets Inc because of its good reviews on here as well as their informative website (specifically the part about contacting a professional about removing and replacing damaged carpet.....). We were looking forward to working with a friendly family owned business and ended up being shoved out the door. We're buying a house (that needs new flooring mind you) but our primary purpose was to replace the carpet in our apartment that our leasing office is trying to overcharge us on upon move out. We came in really close to closing time because we live in Fallbrook and had to drive to Temecula after getting off of work and sat through traffic on I-15. The lady inside was rude and probably wanted to go home. I currently work in customer service and I know how that feels, I just would never be a b*tch and let it show.
