GREAT SERVICE, PRICE & SELECTION!

went in on a referral and was set on getting a certain top brand tv. Harold was very informative and helped me decide on an even better purchase -- I didn't think that was possible given the amount of research I had done but seeing is believing. Harold was honest and helpful. His prices were lower than any other (even the internet). Customer service was incredible! I had my tv's delivered as promised with absolutely no problems. When the tv's were delivered there was a miscommunication about one of the specifics but Harold quickly fixed the problem with no hesitation or problems whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend going to Telecenter! P.S. Sony LCD all the way baby!

Pros: Best price (has price match guarantee too!), great service, knowledgable staff

Telecenter has been around for ages. I bought something there 10+ years ago and recently picked up a new flat panel TV. After going to the big box stores and dealing with kids for salespeople it was a nice change to run into a salesperson who knew his stuff. The TV is great, the prices were great and I won't wait 10 years to go back this time.

My parents bought new kitchen appliances (ceramic top stove, oven, microwave unit) about 2 years ago. The staff was knowledgeable and answered the myriad questions my stepfather had. My stepfather purchased extra warranty coverage and has used it twice without problems - once they had to replace the oven door for a cracked window and once for a broken light (I think my stepfather tried to change the bulb, but ended up short circuiting something). My parents are bugging me to upgrade and go to Telecenter.
