I live about half block away from this place and have tried it few times but this place or its food has never impressed me. It used to be a dirty hole with old furniture and flies all over the place but they have just revamped the whole place.

I have been visiting this Rogers Park staple since I was a kid. They serve at least the second best kosher pizza in Chicago, outside of Slice of Life, but Slice of Life does not take credit cards, only Arie Crown money.

One of the specialty dishes is the Chimichanga and the vegetable soup. They tend to cycle thru order takers very fast but if you're lucky, you'll catch Moshe. His shouts of "Slices!!!!" resonate throughout the restuarant and you can even hear him at the washing station in the southeast corner of the joint.
