My PC is zipping along once again!
I have seen your commercials on TV over the past week. They come on a lot and it seemed they were talking right to me! So this morning I contacted Tech Service 2 u about my home PC. I spoke with a delightful young lady, I don?t recall her name but she was great. I explained my problem and my goal.

I was sure that it was going to be a week at least before someone would get out to help my. But she surprised me and said someone could be at my home this afternoon!
She gave me a time frame between 2 and 4PM and said that if the tech was available sooner that they would come out.

I was thrilled!

Tony was the tech that showed up. He was very nice, very professional and very willing to let myself and my daughter ask him a million questions as he worked.

Regardless of the service provided it is always a little stressful to have a stranger enter ones home. Tony?s professionalism eased that stress.

I will return to Tech Service T U for all my of my computer needs.

Thank you very much!

Friendliest service ever!

Excelent service all the way around!
I have used another local computer service company in the past and wasn't all that happy. I decided to give Tech Service 2U a try. The receptionist was so helpfull, she was able to get someone out to me withen a few hours of me calling. The tech was very helpful and friendly and was able to remove the viruses and set up my wierless network. I would absolutly do business with Tech Service 2 U again!!!
