My Worst Computer Repair Experience!
This company was terrible to work with. They recommended and installed an operating system that was incompatible with many different types of hardware and software programs. They did not make me aware that this conflict existed, something I found out later was common knowledge. I can not even download iTunes on my computer.
When I got my computer back, it had password protected files that I could not access and several miscellaneous drives. When I called TeamLogic and spoke with the owner, Gary Zintbaum, to have the technician explain the work, he said that I had to bring my computer back in and pay an additional charge to talk to someone.
Gary Zintbaum was rude and did not stand behind 'Team Logic's' work. Do not take your computer here!

They got here quickly when we had computer problems on several of our computers. No geek talk and they knew what they were doing. They got us up and running quickly, a life saver.
