The service we had as excellent, we've had a A/C leak on our Escape for months, they quickly diagnosed the leak and replaced the part in one day, probably the best experience I've had with any service department (Way better than Chevy, makes me want to trade my in).

We were in a pinch and ready to leave town when my air conditioner broke. It had previously been repaired by a Ford dealer in Arizona. Team Ford serviced the car in one day and honored the service warranty from the Tucson dealer. It did not cost me a cent.
