At Team 3 Fight Academy we have a 3,800 square foot, full service training facility. We have 2,400 square feet of mat space. We also have an 18 foot mixed martial arts cage to enhance your training experience. Our academy is fully equipped with thai heavy bags, pullup bars, resistance bands, 100 lb grappling dummies, TRX system, jump ropes, thai pads, focus mitts and much more! We foster a safe and friendly, family oriented training environment.
