A Collection Representative from this bank and location, left a hand written note at my 20 year old daughter's place of employment, basically threatening her with attorneys, if she doesn't call him. Call him ??? She is afraid to go out, she is afraid he is watching her.She feels like she is being stalked. How dare he scare her like this !!!! I'm disappointed and angry, that this man can just harrass her, while she is trying to do her job. I will be looking into what rights my daughter has and find out if hasseling people at thier jobs is legal. If not, I will encourage her to press charges against this creep.‎

I have never had a problem with this bank. Occasionaly there is a line for the tellers, but never longer than 15 minutes. They always have great rates. And if you are a member you can cash in your coins for free...which is always great!
