Unbelievable! I saw a bookshelf in the Sunday sale flier that I was interested in, but it gave no dimensions, which is rather important information. And since I have to drive 30+ minutes to get to the store, I'd like to know about the product before I waste my time going there. So I called the store, finally got connected to a salesperson (who should identify himself instead of just saying "hello". I had to ask if he worked there.) I asked about the size of the shelf, and he went to find out, but never came back. After 10 minutes, I gave up and called the store again. Got the same salesclerk who again went to find out the information I needed, and after waiting for another 5 minutes, I was disconnected. I guess they don't want my business, and after that frustrating experience, I don't want to give it to them. M.A.‎
