Pants on the ground‎
I have never written a review about anything , this is my first one. But I had to comment on the way one of the young cahiers wore his pants. His shirt was trying to cover the way his pants hung down below his butt, it looked so not Target like. I love this store That kind of attire should not be allowed. Thanks and I hope its corrected but more than that I hope its not allowed.‎
