Difficult in getting Help by Cynthia T. at InsiderPages
Target is not one of my favorite places to shop because it is extremely difficult to get assistance when trying to make a purchase large or small. On three separate occasions I have gone in looking for items listed in the newspaper flyer. I neither was able to get help locating the item nor was I able to find anyone who could explain which item met the flyers advertised price. When purchases were made they rang up different from the shelf price and I was given two options. Take it at the price it rang up for or don??t make the purchase. The location is convenient and prices seem to be competitive but the service is poor.

PROS: The prices appear to be competitive and the location is convenient.
CONS: Good service is extremely important when making a purchase large or small.
