Poor Customer Service‎
Went to this store to pick up some goods as it wasn't available at the Target Store in my neighborhood. Applied for a Target Credit Card at this store and was approved. Went to to pay for the item and found out the price was different from the Store in my neighborhood ($100 more). Approached the store Manager Adam about it and he had a "major" attitude. He refused to co-operate. He told me to call the Customer Relations Toll Free # and disappeared. He really didn't want to go the extra mile to find out if other Target stores carried this item at the discounted price.. Calling the Customer Relations Toll Free # itself is a fiasco. The person who answered the call takes all your personal information (minus your Social Security #) and then tell you that there is nothing he could do. What a waste of time! I am not sure how Target hires their Store Managers but Adam clearly had zero PR skills.‎
