I think this is the best boutique in Houston, hands down. You walk in the door and are immediately greeted by the subtle fragrance of exquisite Japanese incense (not that heavy Indian stuff we remember from the 60s). Then you can spend hours looking through the unique gifts, artisan jewelry, and home furnishings. Tansu also carries the best greeting cards in Houston, and is the only place in town where you can gawk at about 100 different patterns of imported Chiyogami paper. I want everything in this store!!
