I have been going to Tangles for a few years and have never had any bad experiences there. Customer service is great! The place is clean,bright and modern looking,staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy when it comes to trying to get you to buy lots of hair products like most places are.

I would recommend it. Especially go and get your hair cut by Kristin. She is great! Always is friendly and upbeat!

I walked into Tangles and there were no customers in the place. I was not greeted when I walked in either. I walked up to the counter and asked if I needed an appointment to get a haircut or did they happen to have a walk in available. The girl behind the counter rudely said that of course you need an appointment . Really? since they had no customers in the entiere place I would think they had time to trim my hair. I Left and I will never go back.
