I had kidney infection and had to checked in the ICU, after staying for 4 days in the hospital, my family doctor send me to see Dr. Khoi for further treatment, Dr. Khoi ordered the CT scan from the hospital and determined that I need a surgery to remove some stone in the urine tract ( he guaranteed that 99.9% that I have stone in my urine tract). I decided to go ahead with the surgery BUT after only 15 minutes put me to sleep, and $15,000.00 the insurance had to pay, he said he could not find any thing in my urine tract. IS it the experience that he lacked or because of the money?

I was visiting my mom in Westminster in June 2006 and had a bladder problem. She sent me to Dr. Tang Khoi's office for the first time. He was very disinterested in me and just pushed a prescription on me. Then he made me visit the following week just to see if the medicine worked or not. If not, then he would give me another prescription and make me come back next week. It was time consuming and I got the distinct impression he was only interested in my money. I told him I lived near San Francisco and would not be able to visit anymore, but would need refills in the future. He said it would be okay. But now, 6 months later, I called the office for refills and the office staff was giving me a hard time. She said I needed to visit him..even though I live 500 miles away! He never said it would be a problem. I will NEVER go back to him again.
