I love this doctor! He is top notch in our book. He took care of everything for me when I was released from the hospital. He is one of the few great doctors out there!!!!

We recently switched to Dr. Jones since our previous pediatrician had a very crowded schedule. So far we have been pretty happy with his service and how he interacts with our children. He actually called our home in the evening once to discuss a diagnosis with us. It seems pretty easy to get an appointment at his medical group facility.

I found the staff to be extremely welcoming. I did not allow anyone to choose my doctor for me. I chose someone who was from around the part of the country where I grew up, had been in the field of medicine for a very long time, had multiple degrees, etc. The doctor's assistant seemed rushed; however, when I was finally able to see the doctor I chose (waited only 5 minutes), I was extremely happy. He listened. He took as long as I needed. He went through every issue that I had. He was able to answer all of my questions and he was able to put my mind at ease as I came in with many ailments. I normally hate going to see the doctor; but, I feel as though I received top notch help.

My daughter has Dr. Jerome Jones as a pediatrician. The nurses at this office are great and so friendly. They are wonderful with kids. Also, the pediatric section is painted with wild animal murals, which is sure to entertain any child!
