I needed a local place to get my hair cut. I live in Newport Beach, but was in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area for a few days and couldn't wait any longer to get my hair cut. A friend and I were having lunch across the street and I just happened to walk into TNT. A woman named Pam was so friendly as she greeted me and said I could be taken right away. Pam was the woman who cut my hair (I don't know if there is more than one "Pam" there, but she had long blonde hair). Let me tell you, I have long brown layered hair and it's not always easy to please me when it comes to my haircut - but wow, Pam did not disappoint! She was extremely personable, as well - lots of funny stories :-). I am seriously considering driving down from Newport Beach next time I need my hair cut, to see Pam. I wish she was closer, but she is certainly worth the drive for me! She just really knows how to cut hair - WELL.

I just want to recommend a local hair stylist I found. Lindsey at TNT Hair Designs is awesome!! I had color and a cut done and it was EXACTLY what I was hoping for. I get compliments on it all the time and that's always fun for us ladies! The salon is on Coast Highway in Oceanside, very bright, clean and welcoming. Lindsey spent time letting me know how to get the most out of my hair, and the best way to get it to do what I wanted. She had ideas, and information for me that was extremely helpful. I can't imagine going to anyone else now, and I recommend her highly. I've turned several friends on to her and in these economic times, her prices are very reasonable. So if you want excellent, attentive service with a great price, Lindsey is your girl!

Well, this was my second visit to TNT, and again it was great! I have been searching for a new place to get my hair done since I left Oceanside and moved to Fallbrook in 2004. I had read the reviews for TNT on here and decided to give it a shot! Boy, I am so glad I did!! Pam was absolutely wonderful! She spent hours trying to make me look better, and appease my very picky attitude, and it worked, my husband agrees! She listens to what you want and then works her magic! I haven't been able to find a place that I wanted to return to in 4 years, even after numerous visits to salons in Fallbrook and Oceanside. I really needed my hair cut and colored so I just walked into TNT on pch or the 101 in oceanside, and was greeted by a lovely young woman who wasnt anything short of polite and professional. Her name was Lindsey, but went by a nickname of Frankie...which is as cute as she is! She welcomed me to sit at her booth and for 20 min we spoke about my lifestyle, my everyday hair care, and what I was looking for that day. I felt like she really cared about what I was willing to do at home! While she highlighted my hair she educated me about how to achieve healthy hair at home and also about how to cut out all the bad product that was destroying my hair! When she washed my hair she gave a great massage and and still gave me tips to achieve what she was doing in the salon. Her motto is seemed was..hair should be easy and fabulous. The color was absolutly impeccable...I know because I am used to expensive L.A. salons...but TNT in oceanside has a stylist that can one up those snotty LA diva hair sylists...Frankie not only has a great positive attitiude, but the skill and knowledge to back it up! I recomend her to all my friends and all my co-workers! She was priced very competetivley and in my opinion she could charge way more..

I called TNT a month before my wedding hoping to get myself and three girls in to get out hair done. They managed to get all of us in, as well as another girl who decided a week before that she also wanted to get her hair done. Each stylist gave the girls exactly what they- well below the typical $75-100+ i had found at every other salon in San Diego county. Service was excellent- even my mom who has never had her hair done because she's quite particlar was both comfortable and happy with what she came away with. Mandy managed to make my straight, flat hair full and curly for the entire night.- well over 14 hours later I still had an excellent style For anyone looking for an excellent and efficient group- TNT is excellent!
