Bad customer service ‎

This company is a joke I paid for my kids shirts ahead of time was told they would be ready on a certain date and when I went to go get them I was told they dont know where they are at. They had given them to someone eles and that I should just go ask them where my shirts are at .Instead of saying they where sorry or trying to fix the issue or give me a refund I was treated like dirt . I caution anyone paying in advance to this company‎
