I only have one experience with this place, and it was horrible. I will save the gorey details and warn you that Kip is not a vet I would ever want to take a seriously ill animal to. The place is so busy, I don't think an animal in serious condition can be properly taken care of, but there is no way they would admit that. (I will say the lady vets seemed decent, though.) To everyone: stop judging your vet by how nice the underling staff are and how glittery the office is - focus on the important things like the staff to patient ratio, how honest the vet is with you, and whether you see the glimmer of dollars behind the staffs' fake smiles.‎

I looked around for a good vet for my new puppy. I took him to Sylvan Veterinary Hospital. They have an awesome puppy plan. It sets him up for everything he'll need for his first year. The tech and the Vet were awesome. The answered all of my question in detail. I had alot of questions for them. I trust them very much with the health of the newest member of my family‎

We just moved hear, and Sylvan Veterinary Hospital has welcomed us well. The staff is responsive and courteous. When I call for an appointment, they can usually get us in within a day or two. My dog has some chronic issues and recently had a bad bout of intestinal illness. The vets have been very patient interpreting records from our previous vet and they have made me feel comfortable with treatments. If you are new and looking for a good vet hospital, give them a try. I bet you will be pleased.‎

I have multiple pets (3 dogs and 2 cats) which means unfortunately someone is getting hurt or sick and I'm often in need of Veterinary care. I've been a client at Sylvan for the past 2 years and have been more than pleased with their service and care. I've always been able to get an appointment in a day or immediately if it's urgent. A few times I just needed some questions answered and either a receptionist has taken the time to help or she has transferred me to a Doctor or other staff member who could give me the necessary information. Their facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and compassionate and I am very comfortable with the recommendations and skills made by the Doctors. If you're looking for a new Veterinarian, I highly recommend Sylvan.‎
