Don't be fooled by fancy buildings...
I only have one experience with this place, and it was horrible. I will save the gorey details and warn you that Kip is not a vet I would ever want to take a seriously ill animal to. The place is so busy, I don't think an animal in serious condition can be properly taken care of, but there is no way they would admit that. (I will say the lady vets seemed decent, though.) To everyone: stop judging your vet by how nice the underling staff are and how glittery the office is - focus on the important things like the staff to patient ratio, how honest the vet is with you, and whether you see the glimmer of dollars behind the staffs' fake smiles.
