I am typing this as I am simultaneously on the phone attempting to contact these folks. The first person I spoke with was more than happy to pass me to an answering machine when she heard that I was attempting to get in contact with the testing center. After leaving a message and then attempting to call them back, I was (and still am) unable to get in contact with a live person for hours on a Wednesday during business hours. I hate dealing with online stuff to answer simple problems that would take 30 seconds with a person, so I consider this behavior to be both unprofessional and rude.
