I was an employee with Sylvan Learning Center at 7209 Creedmoor Rd. and I was never paid for my services. I have been given the run around by Executive Director Debra Benichek and also Center Director Shante Rouse. I asked several times for the past two months why they refuse to give me new hire paperwork to fill out but allow me to service children at their location without verifying my credentials. This center is under investigation with the Dept of Labor and also WRAL news. I would advise any parent that is sending their children request that ALL employees be verified if they are a legal citizen of the US or have no prior criminal record since they hire employees without getting proper paperwork.‎
