I just moved into the neighborhood and love to shop in boutiques. I visited Switch twice and both times I had a bad experience. I was drawn in by the cute window display but once in the store I was completely ignored. Both times the blond girl (possibly the owner) was on the phone ordering jewelry and did not give me the time of day. I stood there for about 5 min. before she even noticed me. Had she acknowledged me I would of bought a pair of shoes for $400.00. What a disappointment. I will not go back.

I love this store! They carry great brands at decent prices. They also have tons of shoes/boots/bags and accessories. The jewelry is really beautiful and pretty upscale. The staff is very friendly and definitely honest. I really like the atmosphere and it's in a great location in Beverly Hills. Go visit Switch!
