We met with Susan on 3 occasions to discuss are cake for our wedding. We also sent her a confirmation email finalizing the favors and design of our cake. We order SQUARED 3 tier, choc with choc cream filling on one, white on white for the other 2 tiers with a cherry blossom design. She gave us a 3 tier ROUND cake the morning of our wedding. We had decided that the look of the cake (being round) was ok, it looked beautiful land never complained at pick up. ALSO. upon cutting the cake we noticed that one tier was half white cake half choc cake with choc cream filling (suppose to be all choc) , and 2 tiers white with cherry filling which we NEVER request any type of fruit filling. When we called the next day to complain, she told us that it was our fault because during the year since we started to discuss our cake plans with her that we had changed our minds about how we wanted it done. And since she didn't charge us to met with her those 3 times that we were out of luck. She also stated that we needed to find the lord and ask for peace since in our lives we would never be happy and hung up on us. DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON!!!

I attended a wedding one week ago that was catered by Sweet Memories and it is a SOUR memory to say the least. They charged about $800.00 and delivered two trays of bow-ties, sauce that couldn't even have come from a jar, and some kind of spinach dip - NOT $800.00 worth of food by any means. The food was bland and not worth the $$$. If I were the bride or groom, I would demand at least half the money back. And if I were planning any type of event, I would NOT use them. Also, the cake the bride ordered was not what was delivered. HUGE disappointment and a TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!

I agree entirely with the previous review. The bartenders were underage teenagers who couldn't make a drink if their life depended on it. I (as the bride) also got numerous complaints during the wedding about rudeness and denying drinks or the drinks tasting awful. The cake decorations that I bought were missing. She was an hour late. The flowers were absolutely pitiful. All of the other vendors were excellent, so I'm not a picky bride.

We used many of their services for our wedding and it was the worst decision we could have made. There was something wrong with all of the services provided. The cake didn't have the special decorations we bought for it. The bartenders were underage teenagers who couldn't make a rum and coke if their life depended on it. We had multiple complaints, especially on this issue. They were an hour late. The flowers didn't look like what we asked for at all. The owner of this company turned our wedding into the wedding of her dreams, not ours. The rest of our vendors were absolutely amazing.

I would like to first say they were more then very nice and professional. The cake was wonderful and so pretty. they only complaint that i have is i was not expecting to pay 81.00 dollars for a 1/2 sheet and for my daughters 7th birthday. But it was my own fault i should have done my homework first. Great bakery otherwise just pricey
