Outstanding Training Programs
SWAT Fitness Training in Tucson is outstanding at what they do. The personal trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and results driven.

The group training programs like kettlebells and boot camp are fun, high energy, and challenging. Most of all - effective! I've lost over 20 pounds with SWAT and couldn't be happier.

Swat Fitness- Personal Training and Group Training - NW Tucson
I had been searching for a workout program, before I signed up with SwatFitness.com. After all, there are quite a few programs out there, but I needed something that was fun, exciting, challenge my muscles strength, and focused on complete results. I also wanted a workout program that wasn't too redundant, but one that easily helped me stay in my weight loss and muscle building(tone) zones, all while working out. I didn't want to plateau, and not young anymore; my body has a hard time getting out of a plateau.
On November 2011 I had a meeting with Will, one of the trainer at SwatFitness, and he explained that the routines are strenuous and target different muscle groups each day, which keeps your body burning fat and building muscle even in between workouts. In essence, your always in weight loss mode, and will never plateau. After hearing that, I was sold. I immediately purchased a sessions and totally got hooked and began my weight loss journey. I had lost 9% body fat after two weeks of training 3 times a week, and I also changed my eating habit as William V advised. I was very pleased of the results. Finally my husband was convinced that he wants to work out with me so he can keep up with me hahaha. Since his been trying to lose 15lbs by watching his diet; however, he wants to get back on motor sport racing again in March 2012 (125shifter Kart and Champ Car), and to be competitive he need to be physically fit. This type of sport not only required physical endurance, also required upper body strength and stamina. Now we have Joel at Swat Fitness in NW Tucson location (Serving Oro Valley, Foothills, Marana) training both of us. So far my husband loses 5lbs in a week and by far has more energy and stamina. Now, he is looking forward to get back on the race track again. I am so proud of him.
