Their billing department is the WORST bar...‎

I don't know about their medical care because fortunately, I'm in pretty good health. But their billing department is the absolute worst. It take hours to resolve anything. My last encounter: They sent a bill even though my insurance issued an EOB saying that I'm not responsible for payment. Call twice, both times their systems were down. Next time I called, they told me I need to resolve it with my insurance. Called my insurance. The rep there set up a 3-way call with Sutter. The rep who claimed her name was Melanie said she would note on my account that there was a zero balance. I called a couple of weeks later and the account still shows balance due. The person I talked to said there's no one called Melanie that works there! I will NEVER go back to Sutter.‎
