Lied and decived from front office workers...‎

I went into appointment as a cash customer I have no insurance. Was told that a Dr. appointment would be $80.00 asked the two black ladies working front office several times if that would be the total, was told yes. Saw dr. Johnson for approx 10 min just to refill a blood pressure medice. and was out. Got a bill 2 weeks later from Sutter wanting another $112.00 for a total of $192.00 for 10 min.. If I would have know I would have never went there, I cant afford to pay a Dr. $1000.00 an hour. Went back to the two black ladies in front office explained the sitation. Then she said Quote " They sould have told you that the $80.00 was just a down payment". I told her you are "they" she just looked at me stupid and handed me a card of someelse to call be cause there not smart enough to take care of there own mistake. Maybe there not qualified for the job who knows. Moral of the story dont go to Dr. woodhouse or Sutter for that matter, you'll get lied to and over ...
