On April 8th, 2010 I had to go to your beautiful medical center. I drove 3 hours and I was tired an much pain. I entered the wrong building. I guess I must of looked like I was going to break out in tears. But the young people at the desk were so helpful. The young man by the name of Zack Carter, went out of his way and went to the next building to get a larger wheelchair for me and then took me to my appointment with Dr. Kofed. He told the recipoinist to call him when I was finished, and he would come and get me. I didn't want to have anyone to go out of their way. But when he saw me comeing out , he called out to me to wait and he would be right there. He came to get me and took me to my car, and all with a smile. I just feel as though he did it to be kind and helpful and all that with a smile, that made my day. There wa another employee of the center , that came and asked Zack his name, and he said he was going to let the center know how helpful he was. Thank to him also.
