You must ask for Jeanine! She really was the best. We picked out our product with her help in no time. We love it! Both Travertine flooring and Granite Slabs in one trip. She provided both superior customer service and exceptional knowledge about the products. We would have been lost without her help. She can help with planning your project as the In House Designer. Surfaces USA has been recommended to me by several business associates. Now that I used them, I can see why. Vast selection to choose from. Great products & prices. Never Again‎
I found them online. Got pricing and called in to confirm they had material in stock. They told me they had the material and I could come pick it up. I confirmed the pricing before going in. When I made the drive to get it they said they did not have it and that the price went up $4 per square foot. I also looked at the slabs and they had terrible quality slabs that they tried saying was natural but my fabricator did not want to touch their slabs because it was bad quality. Anyone in their right mind should never go there.‎

Terrible Service and dishonest by Brooke S. at InsiderPages
I went tile shopping here and I asked to find out if they had a particular shade of tile in stock. He told me he would check and proceeded to get on his walkie talkie and talk to the guys in spanish. After the guys in back said no, he asked if they had something else that would do. Then he proceeded to tell me he had the exact tile available as if I didn't understand every word he was saying. Needless to say, we left immediately and have no plans on returning.
