We had Surfaces USA sell, fabricate, and install the granite in our kitchen remodel less than a year ago. When I contacted them to report that the seam in front of the sink had given way I was told that the cleaning product we use was to blame. We use Windex and the manufacture, SC Johnson, says right on the label that one of the "ideal" uses is for granite counter tops. Surfaces USA then offered to do the fix for big $$$, not standing by their work. Needless to say these are not honorable guys.‎

Terrible experience... but some closure‎
I had the worst experience with Surfaces USA. Far worse than previous contractor nightmares! I had a bad feeling about the company during the design consultation when the designer didn't have any clear direction and was making suggestions that sounded clearly off. There was no order to the design part. I was hoping for some sort of form or worksheet, photos of previous projects, etc. but only the showroom and tile on the wall is shown to you and a notebook that the designer scribbled in. My boyfriend insisted we use them because they offered the most competitive price. The demolition started in our bathroom and damage started occurring. Dents in the walls, paint chipped in my bedroom and hallway, my blinds were not taken down and the cord was ripped off. It sent a clear sign that they didn't respect my property and/or were not very careful. We went along further and hot moppers came to do the shower floor. Huge Selection - No service by Laurie P. at InsiderPages
I visited Surfaces USA during our recent remodeling project. It looks small from the outside, but it's got a huge selection inside. There were a several customer service rep's on the phone when we entered. I felt they catered more to contractors that to walk in customers.

The Best Selection by Sue S. at InsiderPages
During a recent remodel, we went to Surfaces, USA for our tile and granite needs. The selection was amazing of the granite & many styles of tiles that were available, ie. marble, travertine, & limestone. The employees were very helpful. The installers that they had were the best. We highly recommend Surfaces USA.
