Sneaks, and before Christmas
I discovered that SJR froze my savings and checking account after I had tried to pay my restaurant bill. My debit card was declined. Mind you this is around 9:30PM on Saturday five days before Christmas. I know they froze my account late Friday, because I had taken money out Friday afternoon. The sad part of all this is I have to wait to Monday to find out why they froze my account. I honestly don't have a clue. And before you write that "positive" review or defend the integrity of SJR, I do pay bills, I never received a notice from court or any one or any company or from SJR for that matter that there was a judgment against me or that I owe money. On Monday I get to judge for myself Stephanie Bowman's character. || Monday has gone and passed. Stephanie Bowman was pleasant enough explaining why she froze my accounts. A huge mistake, which I won't get into here. I'll focus on her actions. She kept explaining she wanted to help resolve this issue. All she needed to know was my banking information, my home address, and my work information. Hmmm.... Who was she trying to help? It gets better. I asked who froze my account; who was the client? That's when she got nasty and loud. She wouldn't tell me. The more I pressed, the more insistent she was that she was trying to help. I just needed to answer her questions. I finally got the name of the client. By law I have a right to know who she?s collecting for and why. Why the game play. My bank provided additional information. In it, it says that Thomas Archer, Esq. issued the subpoena. Thomas Archer has the same number as SJR. Martindale is major legal publisher. Martindale publishes the most comprehensive list of practicing attorneys in the US. Funny, there is no Thomas Archer listed in Martindale. Check for yourself google "martindale".

Cons: Froze my account Friday night, 5 days before x-mas, after they turned their phones. Rude, obnoxious, and deceptive, they pretend to want to help.

Response to Kdamaga post
I wanted to reply to the previous negative reviews placed by the Judgment Debtors. I am in the Judgment
Recovery business and wanted to defend the actions of Supreme Judgment Recovery. After reading
the negative comments that were placed by two individuals that owed a judgment to another party,
the debtors are complaining that they were made to owe up to their obligations. In addition, there is
no possible way for a person to issue a bank levy without the necessary paperwork, it would be illegal
and the court would not allow it.

In order to levy a bank account, one must go to the court, with proof of debtors assets, and only
then will the court issue a bank levy and send the levying officer to place a bank levy on an account.
Kdamaga, is clearly misled that the account was seized without the proper paperwork, the court
would not issue the levy is Supreme Judgment Recovery was not assigned the Judgment.

Sincerely,

--Eric

Incompetent liars
They're just another incompetent bunch of debt collectors. This company is in bed with the Marshall's office and collect 9% per day the payment is late which is why they lie & give you the run around. One day Stephanie Bowman says she can work with you, the next day it is out of her hands...remember 9% interest per day. Stephanie had asked for a deposit of 60% of the total amount, which she failed to take from my account. I called the Marshall and they had informed me they should never have asked for a deposit.

Stephanie Bowman from Supreme Judgment Recovery is a liar, used obscene language, and is working with the Marshall's to accrue more interest everyday. Avoid them at all costs.

Supreme Judgment Recovery
I am Stephanie Bowman of Supreme Judgment Recovery we are a Judgment Recovery Firm we enforce unsatisfied judgments. The person who wrote about my company is a fraud. We never spoke to that person. I do not call people names in my personal life and I would not so it in my professional life. The person on the other end of the phone could be a head case and they could come looking for me if I rattle them the wrong way. In life you get what you give. If you are nice to me I am nice to you. If you are miserable to me I am miserable to you. If people paid there judgments there would be no reason to talk to me. To wraqp this up that person is a LIAR. Call me at 516-285-0207 and show yor face.

Dishonest, Untrustworthy, Preditory
Placed a lien on my bank accounts without having my judgment - a Marshal was in charge of collecting on my judgment and I was in the process of paying off the debt. Refused to remove the lien once the person I owed contacted them to remove the lien. Stephanie Bowman was very nasty calling me inappropriate names.
