Didn't show up for me either!‎
I see nothing "superior" about them. Never showed up for the quoting appointment. That tells me I wouldn't want to work with them. How can they show up on time with a crew if one person can't show up for a quote??? I will not ever use these people. Wasted an hour of my time.‎

They never showed up
I was repeatedly told that they were on their way -- for two days. And I was such a fool that I believed them. But...they did not show up. Hard to rate a company above a "0" when it never does the work. ...
