Extremely Poor Service

I have purchased steel from Superior Steel Supply a couple of times and I have never been quite satisfied with the service. I went to purchase steel from them on Feb 27 and left empty handed due to the fact that they were extremely rude and very unprofessional. When I entered the front desk area they ignored me for well over a minute, even though they were sitting right there at their computers. When I asked if they had anymore of the same type of material I had purchased before, they acted as if I was stupid. Then when asking if I wanted the material cut down in length for transportation, they were extremely rude when I asked about the cutting fees and told me it would be $5.00 a cut. I have recently paid $0.50 per cut at other suppliers, and sometimes I have not been charged at all. I will never purchase from them again. Their disregard for respect and professionalism is disgusting.‎
