Overall: Horrible! Imagine paying a monthly service fee and not ever being able to talk to anyone on the phone? That's right! You pay monthly service fees and they connect you to a call center in Bangladesh where someone writes down your message and passes it along as you hope and wait for someone to get back to you. How can that ever be effective for a small business owner!
Also, don't expect any of the promises the sales person makes ya - they have such a high employee turnover your sales rep is probably gone already and they constantly oversell anyway.
The worst part is that their product isn't even that good - their Websites are horrible (grammatical errors everywhere) and they're not near "ready-to-go." They definitely require lots of effort from the owners part to get them to where you wouldn't be embarrassed to have it represent your company. As for Google campaigns - I wouldn't do it if I were you
Value: The standard cost of products are under $1,000 but I wouldn't pay a penny for what you're getting in return.
Service: A 2-man support team based in the US with a supposed team of developers in Bangladesh and Bulgaria? However, I will say that their sales team is quite well trained - say whatever is needed to get the deal from small business owners who hopefully don't know any better and are intimidated by the Web.
Completely agree with what you are saying. This is a company that is built on lies. Don't feel bad, they promise their employees one thing and then screw them up. Should have known that it was coming. All you business people out there, if you get a call from Superior avoid it. This company will want you to believe that they have state of the art facility and will promise you the world to get your business, but once you sign the contract your money is gone for good. All they want to do is get your money so that they can buy expensive trips and gifts for their own loved one's. They pay their employees merely enough to survive and expect the employees to be completely loyal to the company. Business owners of America, I would not be surprised if we come to find out that they are running a sweat shop in Bangladesh. Poor people of that nation.
