Purchased a great new computer
I was looking for a new computer for under a thousand dollars, I have previously owned cheap computers purchased at those large warehouse stores. This time I thought I would try something different. So I researched the local computer stores. I settled on Superior Electronics based on there A rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as zero complaints and actions taken against them from the Bureau of Electronics and Appliance Repair. That information got me in the door, but the service and support I received from the staff at Superior is what made me a customer for life.
They were very helpful in answering my questions and never once tried to over sell me on something I didn’t need. I ended up with a great new computer at the price I wanted. They even took the time to show me how everything on the machine works. It sounds like a no brainer to actually help your customers use the products they buy, but I have never received such care from any other retailer.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, excellent, excellent company.

I purchased a 'new' custom built computer<br />
only to find out it had 'used' parts in it.<br />

I think this is the 'norm' for this company. Do yourself a favor and research this company before you even think about buying from them.<br />

I talked with one customer of theirs from a few years past that bought an extended warranty from them only to find out it was worthless.<br />

Stay far away from this company whether it is their store front or their eBay listings. How they are still in business is beyond me. I suppose it is only a matter of time.

Yeah superior is well known for ripping people off. if you look at rippffreport you will see they have a long history of selling used hardware as new. I would recommend staying far away from these scam artists

omg first we bought the best used computer and they told us everything was fine but it wasn't it would shut down whenever it wanted so they wanted to charge us $100 to "fix" it so we bought a new one instead and they told me they would put in 4G of 667hz ram when i got it it only had 3G of 533hz ram so we told them then they were glad to give us the right card but "coincidentally" the 2 cards they gave us were faulty and now i am here they are total rip offs and i would not even recommend their service to my mortal enemys
