I was involved in a collision on my 08 Lexus LX 570. I called the dealership Putnam Lexus to refer me to a body shop and they suggested Superior Body Shop. Let me tell you they gave me the best selection to choose. I was rear ended and I thought my vehicle will not be the same unfortunately Superior Body Shop made it happen. They are very professional and there customer services is excellent. They even kept me informed on my repairs ever step of the way. I felt at ease. When I went to pick up my vehicle they went over the vehicle with me step by step and also suggestion that in 3-4 weeks to bring it back for a follow-up. can you imagine getting your vehicle washed again for free again and waxing the area they worked on. If you ever get in an accident i highly recommend Superior Body Shop to fix your vehicle there.

I was referred by the audi dealership in Burlingame. It was a brand new car 2008 audi A4 and was rear ended. The damage was extreme and i thought my car would never look new again until i saw the results after taking it to SUPERIOR BODY SHOP! They were very helpful and professional. They notified me step by step on the repairs and i was really amazed by the service they provided me. I was given a rental by enterprise which is located in their shop, that made it very convenient for me. I recommend them for their excellent customer service and repairs. After 3 weeks they even gave me a FREE follow up and wash!! I RECOMMEND YOU TO GO TO THEM!!

I' sorry mister $100,000 car but I just had my 06 Ferrari in the shop and they did a wonderful job on my vehicle I was very impressed with the superb job they did. I'm actually very picky about where i would fix a very expensive car and if you know what the price i paid on it so would you. The Ferrari dealer mentioned there shop to me and other shops but the minute i walked into there shop they treated you with respect and a smile. I told the secretary that i needed some repairs on my Ferrari and right away without waiting long she got me an estimator. The estimator went out with me to my vehicle explained every detail to me of what they are going to do with my vehicle and also answered my questions of how long it will need to be at the shop. The repairs I had done was front bumper and I also wanted a detail job like i said i am very picky about my vehicle. Also I didn't know but they gave me a ride to my home in Portola Valley which I thought was very considered of them to take me all the way there. its quite a drive if you know where i live. the estimator kept me informed of my repairs and when my vehicle was done they came and also picked me up from my house. When i got there the estimator went over my vehicle and also told me in about 3-4weeks come back for a free wash and if i had any other questions they will be happy to take care of it. Again Mr. $100,000 vehicle that you didn't even get your vehicle repaired. i don't know what experience you had with them but in my point of view there is always two sides to the story not one. I called Superior body shop about the review that you gave and was told like i said you didn't have your vehicle there for repairs you just wanted to keep it there so you could bring people to there facilitly and try to sell your vehicle actually this is a body shop that repairs vehicle not a dealership to sell vehicles. My Infiniti G35 was returned to me in a timly fashion, and in as-new condition!!! I love the attention to detail, and all my friends and family will be bringing their cars to Superior Body Shop!!

Audi from Burlingame recommended this place.
They changed the main door of my Audi after a crush and charged almost 5K.
The repair look good for a few months and then the door started to sag.
I took it back to Superior with the warranty still in effect and their response was that I crushed again and that is the reason for the sagging door.
I did not have a new accident.
This guys are irresponsible and expensive.
