I heard from friends and family about the A+ service at Superior Automotive, so when I needed maintenance I decided to give them a try. Very professional staff, and Randy (the owner) is a very nice guy. He takes time to explain your options clearly and genuinely seems to care about getting your vehicle working properly and back on the road ASAP. My vehicle repair was made very quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.‎

If you absolutely do not have money to spend on unessesary car repairs, and you need your car to survive, and you don't trust mechanics who change the story every time you talk to them, and you just really wish you could find an old fashion garage that you can trust...this is it. We cannot believe we found an honest, fair mechanic AND he even works on high end cars! Randy was easy to talk with on the telephone, gave me the information I asked for and was very helpful. When we finally decided to bring our car in (Okay, when we had no choice and had to bring our car somewhere and we do not have any faith in the Jaguar dealership), we crossed our fingers and relied on the internet reviews for Superior Automotive. Superior Automotive found the problem, telephoned us with our options, gave us their recommendations, did the work (DID IT CORRECTLY), gave us the bill (FOR THE AMOUNT WE DISCUSSED), and gave us our car which has been running perfectly since we left there a couple of months ago. My wife ran over something on HWY 50 that made the anti-lock brake sensor light come on and caused our cruise control to stop working. I figured that a sensor was damaged on our 2008 Dodge. Being new to the area I had no history of who I would feel comfortable with taking our car in for diagnosis and repair. I found Superior Automotive via a google search, called the shop and spoke with Randy. His phone manners left me with a good impression and I took the car in that same day. Randy was clear upfront about the cost of the diagnosis and possible repairs. He was able to give me an exact repair cost. After the repair was completed I paid the bill as discussed with no surprises. His shop is clean and he runs his business efficiently. I found the early hours a convenience since I like to be at work before 8:00 a.m. Superior Automotive will get my future business.‎
