used superior appliance repair this week and i was very satisfied. my frigidaire refrigirator broke down and my children were all home from school with only warm food....when i called them i said that its very important and their guy came down the next day and fixed it. he was very proffesional, polite and did a very good job. if you live in brooklyn i would recommend superior appliance repair.

i had a broken dryer, called superior, their technician was there the next morning and fixed it. they gave me a surprisngly reasonable price and their technician was very cordial and friendly. from here on out, ill only use superior and i recommend everyone in brooklyn to do the same!

We had a problem with our Viking Range it would not get properly hot.
So a friend recommended i call Superior Appliance.
i usually don’t write reviews but i felt that it was only proper t give feed.
They were very polite on the phone when i scheduled the Appointment. Unlike lesser service company’s they actually showed up at my home at 8.25 and was told that’s its just a timer that would not be expensive at all.
But what impressed me most was the kindness and efficiency of the repair technician he was in and out under 20 minuets, before he left he asked me if i have any other concerns with the range or other appliances. (he changed the clock which i was never able to set)
So yes i highly recommend this company and thanks to my friend Tzippy for her direction with such a high end oven
