Horrible customer service, inexperienced...
My fiance went here to get his hair cut by Tanya, and she totally disregarded what he said about how he wanted his hair cut. When he brought this to her attention, she told him that it was his fault that she cut it wrong. The receipt said that the customers could either have the employee fix the hair cut or get your money back...we asked for our money back and they would not give it to us. We will NEVER be returning to ANY supercuts because of this experience. They need to 1. Not falsely advertise that you can get your money back if you're not satisfied and 2. Work on better customer relations skills.
