This was my second time going to this Supercuts and this visit was even worse than the first. The Supercuts in Aliso Viejo is run by a group of Korean women that look like they belong in a nail salon. You can tell that they have absolutely no training in cutting men’s hair whatsoever. I am 30 years old man with a great head of brown hair. My hair is typical/normal and it’s very easy to cut and style. I typically never write reviews on places (I’m just not the type), but the hair cut they gave me at this Supercuts was so terrible that I felt the need to go online and warn others about this place. <br />

When the women asked what kind of haircut I wanted, I requested that she take a little off the top, leave the front bangs a little longer, and buzz the sides with a number 2 clip. I explained that I comb my hair forward and “flip up” my bangs in the front. <br />

I soon realized that I could have said just about anything, but it wouldn’t have made a difference because this women only knew how to cut hair one way. She basically just buzzed my entire head, giving me a crew cut. Then, she made my bangs look just like peewee Herman. Not joking. Somehow she managed to give me the peewee Herman haircut.<br />

I could have done a better job myself with my buzzer at home. She left some hairs longer than others, and seemingly missed a section near the back of my head. She actually had the nerve to try to tell me I had “colics.” I don’t even know what a “colic” is, but the last time I heard a barber say it to me 7 years ago, was when she too screwed my haircut beyond belief. It seems to me it’s like something these people say when they make a mistake. She said in her thick accent, “o boy, lots of colics.” I was shocked, because despite not knowing what the hell that means, I probably had the best head of hair that walked in there all week. I will never go to this Supercuts again. From now on I’m just going to spend the extra $20 and go to one of those upscale places. <br />

Please beware, the women working at this particular Supercuts can not cut hair. They probably crossed over from the nail business. The only thing they are capable of doing is making you look like a total jerkoff when you walk out of there. <br />

I totally concur what James is talking about. My final stop into this shop went down the same way; I went over how I wanted my hair cut and BAM.
I get turned sideways and was given a quick once over with a razor so fast that I could not get a word in before it was too late.
I did not let the gal finish as I was fuming as I didn’t care.

What is up with Super Cuts in South Orange County? I will never ever think about hitting their stop on Crown Valley; please see my review on Yelp!
I have moved on from this one … now I am trying their stop in Mission Viejo … Wow.

I just went back to Naz here, and I really feel I&#39;ve found the best stylist around. She cuts my hair EXACTLY the way I want her to, and she suggests things which make it look ten times better!. Also , she trims my eyebrows!!! LOL.. Naz is gorgeous, and I hope she is my stylist for many years.... Chris Hunter‎

Have been going to her for about 3 years now since my other hairstylist raised the price on me. I have a gorilla shaped head and she sculptures my hair in a way to where I look human. no kidding she&#39;s awesome! She will give you what you want... and the price. can&#39;t beat it!!!‎
