I went to Supercuts today to get my hair done, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly. The stylist, Jenn, did an excellent job on my hair. In fact, I think it is the best my hair has ever looked! I will definitely be coming back the next time and will be recommending Supercuts to all of my friends! Thank you!‎

I have visited this Supercuts on three occasions. The first time was a Sunday. The hours posted were "open at 12 noon." The door was locked. The manager came to the door and told me she openned at 12 noon. I said, " it is 12 noon." She said, "I follow the clock on the wall inside here." I left. The second visit went a bit better but the manager, whose name is Whitney, told me my card with the free haircut was invalid because they no longer use that version of the card. I paid and left. The third visit, which was this morning, I called ahead and asked what time they openned. I went there and Whitney told me I would have an hour or more wait because she had a customer in the chair who would take all her time. I left. I will not go back.‎
