I have a 2007 Ford Edge and I decided to upgrade my sound system, add some tvs for the kids and get an alarm to protect my investment; but i was worried about where to go because this car is new, well its not brand new but i didnt want somebody to just go in breaking panels and charging me for it. I took my time and visited a lot of the other shops around the valley many with flashy displays and fast talking sales reps, which i don't much care for. Well I ended up at super sound where i didn't feel pressure to buy when i was asking questions about their products and prices. I decided to go with them and they were extremely helpful when it came down to meeting my budget with quality products. After the install was complete i nervously checked how they had passed the wires throughout the vehicle and to my delight everything came out perfectly professional like if it would have come out of ford with the equipment. I was very happy with the whole experience and would recoment anybody who cares about their vehicles' looks and sound to give this shop a visit.

They have done two repair jobs, one on an amplifier, and one on my Kenwood hidden face broken due to some amateurish car thiefs! They did an excellent job.

I approached them on security options as an addition to my alarm which did me nothing. They installed a hood lock on my car. That was not completed on time The lock ended up breaking my hood prop to my car so I couldn't pop the hood. They weren't happy, but they fixed it free of charge. Took more than their estimated time.

They decided on a different style of hoodlock. Installed that. Took a few days beyond original estimate of time.

I would not recommend this shop. They are amateurish. They prefer to spend time joking and playing on the job than seriously getting to work. I had to make a few stops to make sure they kept working on my car.

Shop was out of the way and poorly maintained. The staff was unable to communicate with mne clearly - as I am an English speaker in LA? The prices were a bit high and I felt like I wasn't much of a customer - so I left

I went to this place and had some electronics that I had already purchased put into my car. I was quoted a price that wasn't exactly the lowest price, but I thought they would do some good work since they had been around for so long. In the end, the job took longer than they had expected and so they charged me an extra $50. They also used a very aesthetically unappealing piece of fiber board to mount my sub. I am very unpleased with the service I received from Super Sound.
