This is a kind of small shop but they have an okay selection. There are plenty of (expensive) running clothes to pick from, runner's goo, some sneakers, or running backbacks. Most importantly there is a changing room so you can actually try on the clothes, unlike some other stores I have been to. The staff were really helpful and friendly in picking out the items that I needed.

Staff is helpful, but the're is an air of elitism in the store. I had requested a pair of running shorts and they tried selling me last year's model (2005). I felt like they treat people differently according to how one "looks as a runner"; however, the staff with whom I spoke did not really know much outside of what they may have read in Runner's World. Helpful, but somewhat snooty.
