Went to Los Angeles on 3 month internship. This company has a $400 damage deductible but thats no problem considering I saved about $600 per month over other companies due to my Age. Got damage from another car and they said they only charge my what they pay to paint $275. I called around and lowest I could get for paint was $450 so that seems true. I really didn't care because I saved like $1800 over 3 months! I thought for sure since they got paid by me they would not hassle with collecting from other guy etc...2 months later i got a phone call from super cheap guy sayin they finally got paid by other guy's insurance company and was it ok to refund the same card for what they had charged me! I was shocked! First time I ever got money BACK from a car rental. Sent my parents there form Sweden. They loved their little Corolla car.

Super Cheap Car Rental provided us with a great car at a great price and the charged us what they said they would nothing extra which was great because I am under 25. Very Satisfied indeed

My daughter rented a car from Super Cheap. There was no problem until a few days after we returned it. They said it had bumper damage, and the cost to repair was mysteriously right under our insurance deductible. They fixed it, charged her card... but then refused to provide an invoice for the repair. When we kept asking, they threatened to tell our insurance company. We beat them to it and asked our insurer to look into it; when they did, Super Cheap had the car repaired a SECOND time, for more than twice as much, and sent that invoice to the insurer. The insurer pointed out this looked like fraud, and they backed off. Watch yourself!

This place is the worst ever! I totally agree with Ryan. Do not ever go to this company . I had the exact same experience as Ryan. I was close to a fatal accident in their car. CHP had to pull me over on a freeway and rescue me! they charged my card for no reason and for no damage I did. When I call them they refuse to talk and hang up. They abuse really bad if I call them back . Unfortunately, I havent yet won my dispute with the credit card company. I am hoping to get my money back just like Ryan. But Trust me, do not go to this company ever!

I have to say that I had a great experience with Super Cheap Car Rental! Not only the price but the the people who work here are Really helpful and friendly! It was very satisfying. I highly recommend Super Cheap Car Rental.
