These people are completely disorganized and I wonder how they stay in business. They don't call you to let you know if there is an issue with your prescription (like having to call the doctor for information) they just don't deliver it. They have said they do not have stock of medication - only to magically find some after explaining my Mom cannot miss a day. They have shorted my Mom on pills, so be sure to check... AND they have failed to deliver my Mom's prescriptions 3 times in a row - saying no one was home, which is a total lie. My Mom is disabled and homebound, she is ALWAYS home and near a phone for medical reasons. I completely agree with James C. they are the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with.‎

i send my parents there, and they're always very polite. you have to understand that with a chinese name, the whole thing sounds like a last name. maybe you should have been more specific because as long as i have gone there, i have never had a bad experience. they have better customer service any other pharmacy in town. your comment was ridiculous. i have had a different experience with Super Care and i do not agree with your comment at all.
