The owner/operator doesn't smile, doesn't say hi, and acts like she couldn't care less about having you return. They have a reward card set up to get you 20% back on dry cleaning over $20. She wouldn't honor it even though my total was $25, just because 1 of the items was on a seperate ticket because it had been dropped off just a few hours earlier.

I would look past this, but she just didn't seem friendly at all. There are no less than 3 other cleaners within a block or two who I will be trying out instead.
